At A Hen and Her Chick, we want you to be entirely satisified with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!
Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that your received it, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or invoice.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of your choosing. (Credit to credit card, check, or store credit.) Credits will be issues within 48 hours; however, a credit to your credit card is determined by your card issuer's policies.
Shipping:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the returning of an item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
